The settings can be only accessed by the admins with the assigned Jira Administrator permission scheme in Atlassian settings.
Tempo Tokens
The application UtiliTrack requires a Tempo Token to access data from Tempo. Your administrator sets the Token During setup, administrators set an expiry date for the token. Once expired, the application won’t have access to the source data, and a new token must be generated for continued functionality.
When the token expires, users and administrators will be shown receive a message indicating the need prompting them to renew the token for the application to function correctlywork.
Administrators of Tempo administrators can access the settings where you can generate a new token . Go to in Tempo Settings and click on under API Integrations. In the top right corner, you can generate a new token, and we recommend choosing the "full access" option with an a recommended expiration period of 90 days . This allows the application to function with the required data access for a reasonable amount of time for extended functionality while maintaining security.
Target Chargeability Rate (Customise Chargeability Zones)
In Chargeability levels in the tool , chargeability levels are colorcolour-coded. Typically, companies have target chargeability levels in percentages for billable employee time to track financial stability. You can customize customise your colour codes to receive alerts when data falls below your expectations. In Administrator Settings, you will find two fields: "High Chargeability Level" (data shown in green), " which is your target chargeability within the company, and "Low Chargeability Level" (data shown in red), " the percent percentage of billable hours below which you want to trigger colour-coded alerts. Data falling in between these levels is displayed appears in yellow, indicating it's below the target level but not alarming.
Jira Tickets for Leave
To ensure your application tracks all data correctly, you need to list Ensure accurate data tracking by listing all Jira tickets that users log for leave days.
