The settings can be only accessed by the admins with the assigned Jira Administrator permission scheme in Atlassian settings.

Tempo Tokens

UtiliTrack requires a Tempo Token to access data from Tempo. During setup, administrators set an expiry date for the token. Once expired, the application won’t have access to the source data, and a new token must be generated for continued functionality.

When the token expires, users and administrators will receive a message prompting them to renew the token for the application to work.

Tempo administrators can generate a new token in Tempo Settings under API Integrations. In the top right corner, you can generate a new token, and we recommend choosing the "full access" option with a recommended expiration period of 90 days for extended functionality while maintaining security.

Target Chargeability Rate (Customise Chargeability Zones)

Chargeability levels in the tool are colour-coded. Typically, companies have target chargeability levels in percentages for billable employee time to track financial stability. You can customise your colour codes to receive alerts when data falls below your expectations. In Administrator Settings, you will find two fields: "High Chargeability Level" (data shown in green), which is your target chargeability within the company, and "Low Chargeability Level" (data shown in red), the percentage of billable hours below which you want to trigger colour-coded alerts. Data falling between these levels appears in yellow, indicating it's below the target but not alarming.
