The settings can be only accessed by the admins with the assigned Jira Administrator permission scheme in Atlassian settings.
Tempo Tokens
The application requires a Tempo Token to access data from Tempo. Your administrator sets the Token expiry date. When the token expires, users and administrators will be shown a message indicating the need to renew the token for the application to function correctly.
Administrators of Tempo can access the settings where you can generate a new token. Go to Tempo Settings and click on API Integrations. In the top right corner, you can generate a new token, and we recommend choosing the "full access" option with an expiration period of 90 days. This allows the application to function with the required data access for a reasonable amount of time while maintaining security.
Target Chargeability Rate (Customise Chargeability Zones)
In the tool, chargeability levels are color-coded. Typically, companies have target chargeability levels in percentages for billable employee time to track financial stability. You can customize your colour codes to receive alerts when data falls below your expectations. In Administrator Settings, you will find two fields: "High Chargeability Level," which is your target chargeability within the company, and "Low Chargeability Level," the percent of billable hours below which you want to trigger colour-coded alerts. Data falling in between these levels is displayed in yellow, indicating it's below the target level but not alarming.
Jira Tickets for Leave
To ensure your application tracks all data correctly, you need to list all Jira tickets that users log for leave days. There are fields for "Paid Leave Tickets" and "Unpaid Leave Tickets," as they are shown separately in the tool. Insert ticket numbers separated by commas following the example provided below the field.
