Privacy Policy

  1. GENERAL
    Evojam Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "we", "us" or , "our") cares about the privacy of the Users of
    the UtiliTrack for Tempo belonging to it (hereinafter: "App"). Evojam remains the controller of
    the personal data of Users using the App. This means that it decides on the purposes and
    ways in which the data will be used.
    This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for the collection, processing and protection of
    personal data provided by Users during or in connection with the use of the functionalities of
    the App. Accordingly, we encourage each User to familiarize themselves with the contents of
    the Policy.
    The Controller, when processing the personal data of Users, complies with the regulations on
    personal data protection, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
    European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons
    in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and
    repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR").
    All terms used in the Privacy Policy that are not otherwise defined herein shall be understood
    and interpreted in accordance with the GDPR.

    By visiting and using this App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  2. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS DATA?
    We do not collect any personal data from your use of our plugin. Additional information we
    receive is usage statistics and licensing information through Atlassian's marketplace API.

  3. Contact through forms made available on the App
    The App allows Users to get in touch with us and ask us questions through contact forms,
    e.g. related to possible cooperation. To handle such inquiries and respond to the User, we
    need at least the User's e-mail address. You may also provide us with other data, such as
    your phone number or personal information, but we do not require it to handle your inquiry.

  4. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
    Users' data are processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interests, which include,
    The ability to analyse the activity of Users on the App in order to improve the functionalities
    used, as well as for technical and statistical and analytical purposes. The legal basis for the
    temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

  5. USERS RIGHTS
    In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, App Users whose data we process are
    entitled to the following rights:

    If you believe that your data is being processed incorrectly, you may also file a complaint with
    a supervisory authority in charge of data protection. In Poland, the supervisory authority
    remains the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  10. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP USERS' DATA?
    As stated above, we do NOT store your Product Data.
    For other types of data, we will keep your Data as long as it is reasonably necessary for the
    business use it was collected for (as described in this document) or as long as it is required
    by the law.

  11. TO WHOM MAY WE SHARE USERS' DATA?
    User data obtained through the App may be transferred to our partner in accordance with

  12. PRIVACY STATEMENT
    The Controller treats the security of Users' data as one of its priorities. In order to adequately
    protect the data, we use technical and organizational measures to minimize the risk of
    unauthorized access or disclosure to unauthorized parties. However, despite the measures
    in place, there is a risk that as a result of unlawful activities, the Controller is not able to
    guarantee that the data will always and in every case remain private.

    The Controller has the right to make changes or clarifications to this Privacy Policy. Any such
    changes will be published on the App. Accordingly, Users are advised to visit the App and
    check for updates to this Privacy Policy.
